Depending on the country you select, you will be directed to the applicable safety reporting method, either electronically or via locally established mechanisms. If online reporting is available, upon selecting your country you will be directed to the 九游体育 Safety Information Reporting (GSIR) tool.

Adverse Event Privacy

九游体育 Sciences, Inc. and its affiliates (九游体育) are required by law to investigate safety events and may be obliged to report such incidents to the competent authorities.
